OUR GUEST HOUSE
The Guest House is ideally located between the historic Rione della Garbatella and the central districts of Rome. The B&B offers all the comforts, amenities and services that guests would like to receive when they are away from home.
The B&B consists of a large and bright common room with a reception where guests are welcomed upon arrival and a kitchen equipped with the latest generation of appliances.
The three rooms have been named after trees to bring to mind a subject that we have always cared about in a special way: nature. A Casa di Benny is surrounded by historic trattorias, pizzerias, pastry shops and ice cream parlours, as well as markets, supermarkets and shops of all kinds and guests can easily reach the centre of Rome from the nearby subway station Garbatella (Line B) or the station Ostiense, whereas the B&B can easily be reached from the railway station Termini or the two airports Fiumicino and Ciampino.

Services
Wi-FI
Our Guesthouse has a wi-fi connection in all the rooms. Password will be given during the check-in operations.
Check-in
Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., while guests have to notify the Staff of their arrival time.
Check-out
Guests must check out by no later than 10:30 a.m. in order to allow the staff to clean and prepare the rooms for the next Guests.
The B&B is available by phone 24/24 at the phone number that we will tell you at the time of booking.
Daily Cleaning
The entire flat (rooms, bathrooms, terraces and common room) is cleaned from 9:30 a.m. to 14:30 p.m.
Guests are therefore kindly requested to leave the B&B in order to facilitate cleaning. If Guests remain in the rooms, the Staff will not clean them.
Bath Towels, Bed Sheets and Bathroom Equipment
On arrival, each Guest will receive a full set of towels including a shower towel, a large and a small towel, and a shower mat. For stays longer than 7 days, bed sheets and bath towels are changed once a week; each bathroom has a hairdryer and hand soap. A welcome kit will be provided to every guest.
Television
We have a TV in every room.
Common Room
The Common Room of the Guest House has a modern and functional kitchen; the washer-dryer and the dishwasher can be used by Guests of the Guest House at no extra cost.
Luggage Storage
Upon notice to the staff, Guests can leave their luggage at the Guest House at the time of check-out and pick them up later. This service is free of charge.
Elevator
Our Guest House is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a comfortable elevator to lift the luggage and to allow easy access for all our Guests.
Air Conditioning
Every room has air conditioning; the service is included in every fare.
